Collection and processing of data
Every accessing of our web page and every retrieval of a file stored on this website is logged. The storage serves internal system-related and statistical purposes. The following information is logged: name of the retrieved file, date and time of the retrieval, amount of data transferred, notification on successful retrieval, web browser and querying domain. Further personal data are only recorded if the user of the website and/or client provides information voluntarily, for instance as part of a query or registration or via the settings of their browser.

Our web page uses cookies. A cookie is a text file which is sent when a web page is visited and which is temporarily stored on the hard drive of the user of the website. When the relevant server of our web page is again called up by the user of the website, the browser of the user of the website sends the previously received cookie back to the server again. Our newsletter provides you with information about our company and our offers.

If you would like to receive the newsletter, we will need a valid email address from you as well as information that allows us to check that you are the owner of the email address provided or that its owner agrees to receiving the newsletter. Once you have registered we will send an email with a validation link to the email address you have provided. Once the validation link contained in the email has been clicked on, you will receive our newsletter from then on. The data you have provided will only be used for sending the newsletter and will not be disclosed to third parties.

On registration for the newsletter we will store your IP address and the date of registration. This storage is solely for the purpose of verification in the event that a third party misuses an email address and registers for receipt of the newsletter without the knowledge of the authorised person.

You may at any time revoke your consent to storage of the data or email address as well as its use for sending the newsletter. The revocation may be made via a link in the newsletters themselves or by notifying one of the contact options in the right to information section.

Use of Google Analytics
Our web page uses the Google Analytics service. This web analytics service is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter Google for short). This analytics tool functions on the basis of cookies. A cookie is a text file which is sent when a web page is visited and which is temporarily stored on the hard drive of the user of the website to permit an analysis of the use of the web page by you. Use of Twitter
Our web presence includes some functions from the internet service Twitter. These functions are offered by Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. If you use Twitter and its "Retweet" function the pages called up by you will be linked with your Twitter account and made known to other users. Furthermore, data will also be transferred to Twitter. As operators of the website we do not receive any information on the content of the data conveyed to Twitter or the use of them by Twitter. Our app uses Branch Metrics, which is operated by Branch Metrics Inc., 2443 Ash Street, Palo Alto, CA 94306, USA. This service is an open source solution which enables, with the corresponding software development kits (SDKs) for web, iOS and Android operating systems, the generation of targeted links to content within an app. Further, the service allows users to share content via social media platforms associated with it. In the context of providing the service and its functions, data is collected by Branch Metrics.
